Pune Ideas Festival™ (“Festival”) is owned and organized by TMA Worldwide. By registering for, attending, participating in, sponsoring, exhibiting at, speaking at, or otherwise engaging with the Festival, you agree to the following Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions.
The Festival is an educational, networking, and knowledge-sharing event designed to facilitate discussions, presentations, exhibitions, and interactions among participants. Opinions expressed by speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and partners are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of TMA Worldwide or the Festival.
All registrations are subject to approval and availability. The Festival reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke admission without refund in cases of misconduct, policy violations, security concerns, or unlawful behavior.
The Festival reserves the right to modify speakers, schedules, venues, programs, pricing, session formats, or event dates without prior notice. Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant changes.
By attending the Festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Such materials may be used by TMA Worldwide for promotional, marketing, educational, media, archival, and commercial purposes without compensation or further approval.
Pune Ideas Festival™, its name, logo, branding, content, event format, publications, website, and related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of TMA Worldwide. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMA Worldwide, its affiliates, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Festival, including travel disruptions, cancellations, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage.
The Festival provides opportunities for networking and business engagement. TMA Worldwide does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, suitability, success, or outcomes of any introductions, partnerships, investments, employment opportunities, or business transactions resulting from Festival participation.
Any giveaways, contests, prize draws, promotions, or sponsor benefits are subject to eligibility requirements, availability, applicable laws, and separate terms established by participating sponsors or organizers.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, unauthorized solicitation, or unlawful activities may result in immediate removal from the Festival without refund.
Personal information collected in connection with the Festival will be processed in accordance with the Festival’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, where applicable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the Festival shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
