Yousuf Khan is a seasoned entrepreneur and Founder & Director with more than 15 years of experience building process-driven service businesses across facilities management, laundry, and sanitation sectors. He co-founded ARKS Multiservices Pvt. Ltd. in 2010 and successfully scaled the company into a 25-member organization providing Repair & Maintenance (R&M) services to leading enterprises including Google, IBM, DBS, HSBC, and the Indian School of Business (ISB). His entrepreneurial journey reflects a strong focus on operational excellence, customer service, scalable systems, and long-term business relationships.
Yousuf currently leads MK Sparkling Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of MAGICKLEAN, a premium laundry and linen-care business, and EcoFlow Sanitation, a specialized division providing grease-trap cleaning, drainage jetting, sludge management, and EHS-compliant sanitation services for large corporate and commercial facilities. EcoFlow Sanitation delivers professional sanitation services across Hyderabad, with a compliance-driven and preventive approach designed to help facility-management teams reduce odor complaints, avoid STP/ETP overloads, and minimize emergency call-outs through predictable and professionally managed service cycles. His experience working with corporate and commercial facilities has given him a strong understanding of operational challenges and the importance of sustainable, future-ready service models.
With a vision that extends beyond India, Yousuf has also established SRZ Worldwide LLC in the USA, focused on innovative tiny-home solutions. Passionate about scalable business models, franchising, innovation, and sustainable organizations, he brings a strong entrepreneurial and industry perspective to the Pune Ideas Festival Organizing Committee. His experience in building businesses, developing systems, creating employment, and exploring international opportunities will contribute significantly to discussions around entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability, technology, and the future of business. As part of the committee, Yousuf will help strengthen industry participation and stakeholder engagement, supporting the festival's vision of creating a platform where “Ideas for Today” can create “Impact for Tomorrow.”
